TESEKO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, functionality, tools, goods, and services in any orders, to provide you (the customer) with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). TESEKO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), set forth your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Your order is not accepted until TESEKO confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please carefully review your order before submission, because after the order is accepted, TESEKO may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at the time of order.

Your purchases are for your personal or household use only and may not be used for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the goods to the carrier.

TESEKO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sales and purchases in our store are made directly with TESEKO. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and TESEKO, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchase of goods or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions at TESEKO.

Additionally, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that may affect the functioning or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, copy, plagiarize, scrape, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, or spider the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining or extraction tool, automatic device, program, AI tool (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent any security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. We will notify you of any claim for which indemnification is sought, but failure to notify promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims (including selecting counsel) at your expense, but we may not settle any claim that requires you to undertake non‑monetary obligations without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
